Chocolate Cake

Sometimes happiness is knowing there is cake in the oven.

40g carob powder
5g ginger powder
100g dried plums
50g brown raisins
50ml olive oil
300ml coconut milk
300g oat flour
100g brown sugar
10g yeast

Chop the dried plums, add the carob powder, ginger powder, brown raisins, olive oil, coconut milk, oat flour, brown sugar and yeast. Mix them all together and then pour the mix into a baking pan previously greased with olive oil and floured. Bake for about 30 minutes.
