Carrot juice

Drinking carrot juice on a regular basis helps you enjoy increased immunity, energy levels and good digestive health. I wholeheartedly recommend including the mighty carrot in your juicing routine.

Ingredients:
– carrots
– apples
– parsley root
– bee pollen granules
– lemon
– turmeric powder

Instructions:
Cut the carrots, apples and parsley root into slices and juice them. Add a teaspoon of bee pollen granules and some lemon juice. Pour into a tall glass, stir and sip slowly.
