Loaded with dietary fiber and multiple nutrients, this breakfast is accented by my favourite morning flavours, cinnamon and bananas.
And the great thing about most vegan whole food recipes is that changes are easy to make if you simply stay in the same general category of food: fruit, nuts, seeds etc. So be creative, my friends!
Ingredients:
– 300 mL oat milk
– 45 g whole grains
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 5 g pumpkin seeds
– berries
– 1 banana
– 1 kiwi
Instructions:
Soak the whole grains in oat milk for 20 minutes. Mix them with a mashed banana, a diced kiwi and berries. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.
