Juicing is a quick way to get loads of nutrients into your body at once. I personally never feel more energised and revitalised than when I have plenty of fresh juice and smoothies on hand. They are nutrient packed and easy to digest. Plus, they taste so good that they will change your taste buds forever!
Ingredients:
– beetroot
– blueberries
– apples
– green barley powder
– lemon
Instructions:
Cut the beetroot and the apples into small chunks and put them in the juicer, together with the blueberries. Juice them all and then add a teaspoon of green barley powder and some lemon juice. Pour into a drinking glass, stir and serve immediately.
