Ingrediente:
40g pudră de roșcove
5g pudră de ghimbir
100g prune uscate
50g stafide brune
50ml ulei de măsline
300ml lapte de cocos
300g făină de ovăz
100g zahăr brun
10g drojdie
Preparare:
Prunele uscate se taie mărunt, apoi se amestecă toate ingredientele și se așază într-o tavă unsă cu ulei de măsline și pudrată cu puțină făină de ovăz. Se lasă la cuptor aproximativ 30 minute.
