Rice pasta with vegetables - Caramel Salé

Rice pasta with vegetables

This recipe will remind you how delicious pasta can be when properly seasoned and cooked together with some veggies.

Ingredients:
– rice pasta
– olive oil
– sea salt
– dried oregano
– green bean pods
– yellow peppers
– mushrooms
– tomatoes

Instructions:
Boil the rice pasta for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place the tomatoes, mushrooms, yellow peppers and green bean pods in a large cooking pot, cover with several inches of water and add some sea salt. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Once fully cooked, drain in a colander and then place them in the oven for about 15 minutes, to brown a little. Mix the pasta with the cooked vegetables and add some sea salt, olive oil and dried oregano.
